My Current Situation

In 2021, I transitioned from the event floor to the corporate strategy room, joining MB92 Barcelona. My mission was no longer just fixing immediate issues, but preventing them through systemic design. I stepped into the role of IT Project Manager 👨‍💼, leading the enterprise-wide implementation of Salesforce ☁️. I acted as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, coordinating cross-functional teams 🤝 ranging from sales to after-sales to translate their requirements into a unified digital ecosystem. As the principal administrator, I built the automations ⚙️ and dashboards 📊 that turned raw data into actionable insights 💡, optimizing workflows across the organization.

As MB92 underwent a major transformation—the merger of the Barcelona and La Ciotat shipyards —I evolved alongside the company. Becoming a permanent employee, I spearheaded the next phase of our digitalization: the adoption of Wrike ✅. My goal was to move beyond simple task management to create a robust, analyzable structure for the entire organization. I redesigned workflows 🔄, defined critical KPIs 📈, and standardized processes 📋 to ensure that every department, from engineering to logistics, was aligned with strategic goals 🎯. Today, I work 100% remotely from Cottbus, Germany 🇩🇪, serving as the central point of ownership for new IT initiatives, supervising the delivery of a strategic web-based planning platform intended to become the company’s core operational system.

However, as I scaled these systems, I realized a fundamental truth: scalability without security is incomplete.

Recognizing that modern digital transformation must be built on a foundation of trust, I made a strategic pivot 🧭. While continuing to drive digitalization and process optimization at MB92, I enrolled in a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity 🎓🔒 at the Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg. My journey has come full circle: from securing physical networks at MWC to securing the very architecture of enterprise systems. Now, I aim to integrate security-first principles into every digital transformation I lead, ensuring that the systems I build are not only efficient ⚡ and scalable 📈 but also resilient 🛡️ against the evolving threats of the digital age.
